This vintage ring was meant to be an engagement ring and is well suited to the job. One shouldn't be afraid to wear it as an everyday ring, or a stacked with other rings! The simple style lends itself to a variety of ways to wear it, with the centerpiece always remaining the brilliant green stone. We've set this ring with a new, bright green Tsavorite Garnet. Mined in Africa, Tsavorite was named for Tsavo National Park, in Kenya. The green shade is slightly brighter, a little more spring-like than the deep pine green of demantoid garnets. Tsavorite is a harder stone, a good alternative to a more fragile emerald.
