A really pretty vintage 18ct yellow Gold gemstone Sapphire ring, slenderly hand crafted to display the bright blue twinkle of the gorgeous stone which we estimate measures around one carat. There is an 18ct Gold hallmark inside but it is faded and we can't make out the date. It is a ring size 'M' or '6' as is, leave us a message if you would like us to adjust the size.
